Contractors Development Institute (CDI) is a constituent unit of NAC parented by Builders Association of India, A.P. Centre. CDI is a unique training institute in entire Asia established in the year 1999, to train Contractors, Builders, Engineers, Architects, Technical, non-Technical staff in Managerial, Financial, contractual, Techno-legal and commercial etc., to professionalize the business of contracting in Construction Industry.
CDI has trained more than 8000 candidates in the above areas from the day of its inception and also conducted and conducting many workshops and seminars on burning problems like VAT (Sales Tax on work Contract), Provident Fund, ESI, Labour laws, Contract Act, Arbitration and latest technology in construction industry from time to time.
It is recognized by state, central government and construction industry throughout India .
